Rabattcodes/Coupons für Zertifizierungen

In general our Simplifier Certifications are charged and have to booked directly in our Simplifier community.

Nether the less there are cases Sales needs a coupon to hand over to customer/partner, so they don't have to pay via community checkout like:

• contract containts certain amount of free certificats
• Certificats are charged via separate invoice process

In these cases use our Internal Support Portal to request a coupon by create a ticket with form "Request certification coupons". Coupons are created manually and added to customer in hubspot.

A coupon is reducing price to 0 € in community and valid for all certification courses and NOT personlized. Please specify in description, how many certificats a coupon should contain.
