- instance is not availble
- performance of instance is poor
with one of the following instances:
- demo.simplifier.io
- preview.simplifier.io
- dev-internal.simplifier.io
- weare.simplifier.io
- run.simplifier.io
- customer success instances (cslr, cscr, cser)
- content instances (pmlr, mlr, pmcr. mcr)
please create a ticket, select form "Report internal issue" and select topic "Simplifier Hosting" and the matching area.
If you require any updates or changes for those instances or a new instances (if a freetrial instance is not the right choice), please create a ticket, select form "Request instance update or new instance"
